The pre-construction phase is when all the planning and coordination is completed prior to the start of the actual construction. The planning stage involves the definition of the job, scheduling, the scope, cost estimation of the project. Will include, but not limited to land survey and/or architectural plans,
Working with our team of subcontractors to complete all necessary construction for the project. This includes various types of foundations, rough/finish framing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, demolition and grading. Additional tie-ends to include public utility works and associated road work.
The final step in any build. This phase includes quality control, quality assurance, document handling, site cleanup, final inspections and make turn-key ready. After completion, we include a final walk-thru.
We also offer staging for resale for investors.
